For the second straight week Edward Jones racked up more than 30 points June 18 to climb within striking distance of the Legacy League-leading Halverson Law Office at the Legacy Courses at Cragun's.
Edward Jones defeated Ocelco Inc. 30.5-12.5 to move just four points away from Halverson Law. Halverson defeated Lakes Financial Services 27.5-16.5, but will need a big win Thursday to hold off the hard-charging runners-up.
Thelen Heating and Roofing jumped back into the top three with a 22.5-21.5 victory over Dutch's Duffers

Sarah Anderson scored a 14 on June 16 for the low score on four random holes on the Par 3 Course during the Legacy women's night at the Legacy Courses at Cragun's.
Becky Schornack was closest to the pin and Carol Dinndorf hit the longest putt.
On Bobby's front nine, Ashley Burr's 18 was the low score. Kelly Gorvin was closest to the pin and Donna Burr sank the longest putt.
The Legacy League four-women scramble is less than two weeks away. Golfers are encouraged to register early to assure a spot.
Breezy Point men
Can Park Midway Bank make it two in a row?
It will have to if the team wants to win the first half of the men's Twilight league at Breezy Point Resort.
Park Midway defeated Thomas & Associates 7.5-4.5 June 16 to move within four points of the league leaders. The same two teams will square off again Thursday to determine the first-half winners.

Sylvia Schmitt and Kathy Zender shot a 25 to win the two-person best ball event June 18 in the Breezy Point Resort women's league on the Traditional Course.
Barb Owens and Jorie Lindner shot 28 for second and Bonnie Person and Shirley Johnson carded a 29 for third.
There was a three-way tie for fourth place between Judy Thomas-Judi Moravec, Ellen Koshenina-Sue Obeidzinski and Joi Brandt-Doris Moede.
Sandy O'Day carded a birdie and Linda Esser and Moravec each had chip-ins.
Thursday's event will be a four-person scramble guest day on Whitebirch. A meeting and lunch will follow golf.
Madden's results
The team of Dennis Thuecks-Richard Wickmann shot 34 to win the 2-man modified alternate shot event June 18 during Madden's Resort's men's league.
In second was Herm Schley-Doug Agre with a 35.
Mike Pettit was closest to the pin and Michael Pettit sank the longest putt.
During the June 16 women's night Pam Musielewicz drained the longest putt and Elaine Bercher was the three blind mice winner.
Whitefish women
Myra Faust and Nancy Einan, along with two blind draws, won the June 17 team net best ball event in the Whitefish 18-hole women's league.
Shari Loechler, Janice DuBois, Marguerite Baker and Sharon Keister tied Connie Foster, Marlys Guse, Joan Kantos and Sharon Sullivan for second place.
Lois Foy, DuBois, Baker, Keister and Brandt all had chip-ins.
