Piper Nelson Halpin, born Dec. 14, 1957, passed away after a long illness on June 9, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Ruth (Otto) Nelson; and her nephew, Kenny Nelson.
She is survived by her brother, Curtis Nelson; and sisters, Robin (Bee) Ward and Connie Nelson (Harold) Skjelbastad; and nephews, Scott Nelson and Andy Nelson.
A private memorial service will be held.
