STOCKTON, Calif. -- David Earl Craig, 70, Stockton, Calif., formerly of the Crosby-Ironton area, died Monday, June 12, 2000, in a hospital in California.
He was born July 24, 1929, in the Crosby-Ironton area and lived in Stockton for 58 years. He was a tallyman for 36 years. He retired from the Marley Co. He was a member of the Teamster's Union and Manteca Moose Lodge 815. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He was married to Virginia Craig for 46 years.
Survivors include his wife, Stockton; two sons, Michael Craig and Jeff Craig, both of Stockton; three sisters, Nancy Corbett, Manteca, Calif., Joyce Mose, Brainerd, and Carol O'Flaherty, Lodi, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
Services were held June 16 at the Wallace-Martin Funeral Home in Stockton. Burial was in Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi.
