CROSSLAKE -- Paul Allen, Prudential Hedman Realty, Crosslake, was named to the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. Leading Edge Society for 2000.
Allen's performance placed him in the top 6 percent of all sales associates within the Prudential Real Estate Network.
As of Dec. 31, 2000, there were more than 1,550 offices and 42,000 sales professionals in the franchise network that generated a sales volume of $96 billion in 2000.
Linden Hill history
tour set June 25
LITTLE FALLS -- The life and times of two Little Falls lumber barons is set at Linden Hill beginning at 6:30 p.m. June 25.
Participants will hear about Charles A. Weyerhaeuser and Richard Drew Musser of the Pine Tree Lumber Co. and the Weyerhaeuser and Musser families, as well as tour their mansions in Little Falls.
Marilyn Brown will tell stories of the families, show antiques, original heirlooms and other treasures in the 103-year-old homes.
Cost of the history talk and tour is $8 per person. The tour lasts about 3 1/2 hours with refreshments provided.

Three Start to Finish Remodelers employees attend conference
Dave Peterson, Erik Hanson and Eric Grewe, of Start to Finish Remodelers, attended the Remodel America Conference and Exposition in March in Dallas.
The event, which included more than 40 seminars and 200 exhibits, was sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
Peterson, Hanson and Grewe participated in sessions regarding remodeling design trends, strategic planning, enhancing production, high-tech home products and conversation opportunities among others.
