Debra A. DeChaine
LINWOOD TOWNSHIP - Debra A. DeChaine, age 49, of Linwood Township, passed away June 18, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her family and friends reciting the Our Father.
Preceded in death by her father, Thomas Danielzuk; grandparents, Lydia and Edward Matzke, Stanley and Josephine Danielzuk.
She is survived by her husband, Tony; daughter, Marie (Erik) Hyjek; grandson, Jacob Hyjek; mother and stepfather, Connie (Raymond) Rivera; sisters, Pattie (Bob) Murlowski, Fran (Mark) Splittstoser, Marybeth (Frank) O'Gorman; brothers, Steven (Ruth) and David (Tanya) Danielzuk; nieces and nephews, Shelly, Christi, Michael, Alicia, Raymond, Natalie, Nicole, Genevieve, Kaitlyn, Jason and Daniel.
The family wishes to thank Heartland Hospice, Fairview Lakes Oncology and Fairview friends and family.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2008, with funeral service at 7 p.m. at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery.
