Lily Lynn Gordon, the newborn being held by her mother, Sharleen Gordon, was honored by the Crow Wing County American Dairy Association as the first baby born in the county in June. Lily, the daughter of Sharleen and Jason Gordon of Jenkins, was born June 1 and given a $50 savings bond and a basket of dairy products. Also on hand for the presentation were Crow Wing County Junior Dairy Princess Chelsey Hettver (left) and the baby's siblings, Logan, 6, and Hannah, 20 months.
