Beverly Joan Krueger, 73, Brainerd, went to be with the Lord, peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 16, 2007, of cancer.
She was born April 24, 1934, in Clough Township, Morrison County, Minnesota, the oldest of 10 children to Ervin and Ethel (Bjorklund) Eliseuson. She was married to Lyle Krueger on Sept. 30, 1952, in Brainerd. In 1992, she retired from Brainerd Regional Human Services Center after 28 years of service in the dietary department.
She is survived by her husband, Lyle; and five children, Steven (Kathy), Donna (Terry) Cummings, Nancy (Mark) Eschenbacher, Joyce (Jeff) Hawks, all of Brainerd, and Shelly (Gary) Miller, of Big Fork; 17 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Also survived by three sisters, Marsha (Walter) Colvin, Brainerd, Gladys (Glen) Nyman, Ely, and Dorene (Maurice) Russell, Elk River; and five brothers, Warren (Cheryl), Renton, Wash., Gordon, Little Falls, Wendell (Carole), Surprise, Ariz., and Brainerd, Lawrence (Judy), and Byron (Judy), both of Brainerd.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, David.
She was a member of Faith Baptist Church since 1991 where a memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2007, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Jim Goodew officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Memorials are preferred to the Faith Baptist Church, 229 28th Street NE, Brainerd.
