Raymond H. Hoffmann
Raymond H. Hoffmann, age 92, resident of Brainerd, died Monday, June 15, 2009, at his home. Raymond was born on Sept. 17, 1916, in Paynesville, Minn., to Henry and Ellen (Goedtch) Hoffmann. He owned and operated Hoffmann Electric; he was a member of Park United Methodist Church, the Moose Lodge, Elks and IBEW 242 local union. He and his wife, Verna, wintered for many years in Florida.
Survivors include his wife, Verna; children, Steven (Harriet) Hoffmann, Katherine Hoffmann and Virginia (Ron) Crow; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Carol Harrington; and brother, Robert Hoffman.
Services will be 11 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2009, at Park United Methodist Church in Brainerd. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.
Memorials are preferred to Park United Methodist Church in lieu of flowers.
