BUCKMAN -- Margaret R. Kloss, 89, Buckman, died Sunday, June 16, 2002, at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Falls.
She was born Oct. 30, 1912, in Two Rivers Township to George and Anna (Wiener) Schneider. She attended school in Elmdale. After graduating she moved to Minneapolis and worked there. She married Anthony Kloss on June 8, 1938, in Buckman. She was a member of the Birthday Club for more than 30 years. She was a member of Christian Mothers.
Survivors include four sons, James Kloss, Royalton, Kenneth Kloss, Pierz, Fred Kloss, Royalton, and Tom Kloss, Royalton; nine daughters, Janet Ringwelski, Rice, Joyce Block, Royalton, Judy Segler, Royalton, Barb Block, Little Falls, Linda Akervik, Royalton, Connie Sullivan, Pierz, Kathleen Lashinski, Little Falls, Mary Ann Kowitz, Prior Lake, and Irene Kloss, Bowlus; 48 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Rose Tieman, California, Emma Popp, Rice, and Louise Zirbel, Rice.
Her husband, a daughter, Marge Popp, and an infant granddaughter, died earlier.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton with Father Laurn Virnig officiating. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Parish Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today at Brenny-Karlinski Funeral Home in Royalton with Christian Mothers praying the rosary at 4:30 p.m., parish prayers at 7:30 p.m. and Pierz Knights of Columbus Office of the Dead Prayer service at 8 p.m. at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
