GOP ticket will visit Brainerd, Wadena

The newly endorsed Republican state candidates' fly-around and bus tour will take them to Brainerd at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Brainerd City Hall council chambers.
Candidates scheduled to appear include: Norm Coleman, U.S. Senate; state Rep. Tim Pawlenty, governor; state Rep. Carol Molnau, lieutenant governor; Mary Kiffmeyer, secretary of state; Tom Kelly, attorney general; and Pat Anderson Awada, auditor.
Dubbed the GOP Express, the traveling bus tour will visit Sunny Brook Park (Birch Shelter) in Wadena at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The bus tour will stop in 19 different cities. The fly-around includes stops at Rochester, Duluth and Moorhead.
