CROSSLAKE - The Crosslake Planning and Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment will meet at 9 a.m. June 27 at city hall.
Items include a zoning map amendment for Dean Eggena, who is requesting approval of an amendment to rezone six parcels from rural residential to industrial. The property is on the north side of Fawn Lake Road.
John and Sandra Trebelhorn are requesting approval of a zoning map amendment to rezone one parcel of property from medium-density residential to low-density residential. The property is on the southwest corner of the intersection of West Shore Drive and Maroda Drive.
Positive Realty is requesting approval of a subdivision to subdivide parts of one conforming lot with one non-conforming lot into two conforming lots on the north side of Rush Lake.
Carol White is requesting approval of a variance to construct a house, garage and deck 37.9 feet from the ordinary high water level of Cross Lake versus the required 75-foot setback required for the medium-density residential zoning district. The property is currently undeveloped.
The Planning and Zoning Commission members will conduct an on-site inspection of the agenda items on June 26. Commission members will meet at 9 a.m. in city hall. The inspection is for the purpose of gathering facts. No decisions will be made at this meeting. The public is welcome to attend.
