Three injured in Baxter crash

BAXTER - Three people were injured in a three-vehicle accident involving a semi Friday afternoon in Baxter.

According to the State Patrol, a semi traveling eastbound on Highway 210 struck a pickup traveling northbound on Knollwood Drive, pushing the pickup into a Pontiac Grand Prix traveling westbound on Highway 210.

A State trooper walked beside two vehicles damaged in a three-vehicle accident Friday afternoon in Baxter. Three people were injured in the accident on Highway 210 at the Knollwood Drive intersection in Baxter. According to the State Patrol, a semi-truck traveling eastbound on Highway 210 struck a pickup traveling northbound on Knollwood Drive, which pushed the pickup into another car traveling westbound on Highway 210.

Due to incomplete information provided by the State Patrol, the name of the Pontiac Grand Prix owner was unknown Saturday but the person reportedly suffered minor injuries.

The driver of the pickup was Thelma M. Albrecht, 64, Pillager. She suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the semi, Steven M. Dalen, 20, Little Falls, suffered minor injuries.

The accident was reported at 3:17 p.m. Friday.
