The Franklin Arts Center at 1001 Kingwood St. in Brainerd will host a "Celebration of Progress" open house from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday. A brief program of speakers will be at 5:30 p.m.
Entertainment will be offered, refreshments will be available and many studios will be open.
The artist live/work spaces - the final phase of the project - are scheduled for completion in early 2009, according to representatives of Artspace Projects, the Center's nonprofit developer.
