Senior Expo is scheduled for Oct. 6-7 at Grand Casino Mille Lacs
ONAMIA - The Ms. Senior Minnesota Pageant, seminars and entertainment will all be a part of the Senior Expo, scheduled for Oct. 6 -7 at Grand Casino Mille Lacs near Onamia.
Show hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days.
The pageant showcases women age 60 and over who will compete in a talent demonstration, evening gown competition and interview with judges. The winner will represent Minnesota at the National Senior America Pageant later this year. Those interested in competing in the pageant may call Bill Rasmussen at (651) 489-3405 or Jeanne Rogers at (651) 489-9617. The application deadline for the contest is August, 2008.
Free seminars and demonstrations will feature topics such as anti-aging tips, digital TV broadcasting and exercising.
