I can appreciate the need to stop drivers for not wearing their seat belts, a $90 ticket is a wake-up call and saves many lives. But here's a thought. How about a $90 ticket for people and passengers on motorcycles who aren't wearing a helmet? How many lives could we save that way? Fair is fair. Wear a helmet or pay up.
Attention drivers. Please slow down in residential areas. There's no need to drive over 25 miles an hour. Please watch for our children, friends, and families. Slow down. Your destination will still be there in five minutes.
