Evelyn B. Spilman
AITKIN --Evelyn B. Spilman, 85, Aitkin, died Sunday, June 11, 2000, at Riverwood Health Care Center of Aitkin.
She was born Aug. 16, 1914, in Eau Claire, Wis. She lived in Minnesota and Pennsylvania and worked for Boo's Dental Lab.
Survivors include four daughters, Avis Chase, Aitkin, Eileen Johnson, Springfield, Mo., Darlene Toutoges, Brooklyn Park, and Margie Smith, Sapulpa, Okla.; and a son, Vaughn Malueg, St. Paul; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Two husbands, Howard Malueg and Charles Spilman, three grandchildren, and a sister, Anna Hauschildt, died earlier.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Assembly of God Church of Aitkin with Pastor Roy Haines. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery of Aitkin. Memorials are preferred to Assembly of God Church in Aitkin and the Gideon Living Memorial Bible Plan, Aitkin Gideon Camp.
Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday, with family to receive friends from 7-9 p.m., and for two hours before services Wednesday at the church.
