Beverly J. Garro
RICHVILLE -- Beverly J. Garro, 66, Richville, died Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at home.
She was born March 4, 1937, in Merrifield to Sidney A. and Doris (Morgan) Bowman. She graduated from Washington High School in 1955. She married Thomas Garro on July 29, 1955, in Brainerd. After her husband's retirement from the railroad, they spent part of each winter in Texas and Arizona.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Diana Sharkey, Esko; a grandchild; a brother, Sidney O. Bowman, Brainerd; and two sisters, Beatrice Roberts, Crosby, and Bonnie Fenstermaker, Pequot Lakes.
Her parents died earlier.
Services will be 3:30 p.m. Friday at Halvorson-Johnson Funeral Home in Brainerd with Pastor David P. Holte officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Brainerd. Memorials are preferred to cancer research.
Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Thursday and an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
