Michael Ward, the 17-year-old Pequot Lakes High School student who went into cardiac arrest Tuesday night in the high school gym during basketball practice, was upgraded to good condition at St. Cloud Hospital Sunday.

Motorcyclists remain hospitalized
Two motorcyclists injured in separate crashes on May 23 remain hospitalized.
John Hubers, 51, Oak Grove, the driver of a motorcycle who was injured in a crash on Highway 371 south of Pine River, was upgraded from critical and listed in stable condition at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale Sunday.
John Mielke, 54, Maplewood, who was injured in a crash that involved seven motorcycles, three cars and a pickup on Highway 169, remained in critical condition at North Memorial Medical Center Sunday.
