LITTLE FALLS -- George Bzdok, 63, Little Falls, died Saturday, June 2, 2001, at St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls.
He was born June 30, 1937, in Little Falls to John and Angeline Bzdok. He graduated from Little Falls High School in 1955. He married LaVerne Boser Sept. 16, 1964, in Lastrup. He worked for the Seven-up Bottling Co. for 25 years and for Viking Coca-Cola for 20 years. He began auctioneering in 1985. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, trustee of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, worked with the Morrison County Food Shelf and was a member of the Little Falls Mounted Sheriff's Posse. He also was active in the Kinship and Godchild programs.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Debbie, Little Falls, and Kim, Coon Rapids; two brothers, Eddie and Joe Bzdok, both of Little Falls; three sisters, Theresa Welle, Meyer Grove, Martha Woitalla, Harding, and Rosie Klinkammer, Long Prairie; and a granddaughter.
His parents and two granddaughters died earlier.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Little Falls with Father Leroy Kremer and Father Ken Thielman officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Lastrup. Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. Tuesday at the church with a parish prayer at 6:30 p.m. followed by a prayer from the Knights of Columbus Office of the Dead at 7:30 p.m. Friends may also call from 9 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the Brenny Funeral Home (West Chapel) in Little Falls.
