Mighty Gulls opener is rain out

The Brainerd Mighty Gulls Northwoods League home opener against the St. Cloud River Bats on Saturday was rained out.

The teams will make up the game as part of a doubleheader beginning at 6:05 p.m. Monday in Brainerd. Both games will last seven innings.

Tonight will be $1 night. Fans may purchase a general admission ticket for $1. Beer and hot dogs will be sold all night for $1 apiece.

Gates will open at 5 p.m. at Mills Field, located across from Potlatch.
