Family: Husband Kurt, children -Kyle, Hunter and Konnor

Volunteer activities: Heather has been a volunteer coordinator at Whittier School for the past two years; she coordinates the book fair twice a year, sloppy joe suppers, bingo, March madness, she sets up the volunteers to help with events, and also volunteers thru Junior Achievement in the kindergarten class. Heather also volunteers at First Lutheran Church.

I volunteer because: It is very rewarding to me.

My most rewarding volunteer experience: The reaction on the children's faces when we do special activities.
