CASS COURT

WALKER - The following appeared recently in Cass County District Court:

Nathan Alan Davis, 22, Pine River, was found in violation of probation he is serving for felony possession of pornography involving minors and received execution of the balance of one year and one day prison, with credit for 113 days already served.

Nicholas John Kruse, also known as Nichlis John Kruse, 21, St. Paul, was ordered to serve 60 days work release for violating probation he is serving for felony receiving stolen property. He will be allowed to work on sentence to serve in lieu of paying fines.

Brian Dolan Maxwell, 28, Red Lake, was sentenced for felony first-degree criminal damage to property to 34 days jail, with credit for time already served, ordered to pay $307 fines and fees and was placed on five years supervised probation.
