PEQUOT LAKES - Ben Kepner went 3-for-3 and pitched six innings, striking out five, to help No. 3 Pequot Lakes top No. 6 Ottertail Central 10-0 in the South Subsection 8-2A play-in game Thursday.

Levi Christianson tripled for the Patriots and Tyler Wittwer doubled. Ryan Pahl was 2-3 with a double for the Patriots.
