The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Kenneth Miles Lester, 33, Walker, was sentenced for theft to 90 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Justin Wayne Hoss, 23, Nisswa, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to a minor to 90 days jail and fined $50.

Brandi Lyn Pieper, 24, Staples, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Donald Reed Wiener, 56, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Christopher David Finch, 22, New Brighton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Duane Allen Lewandowski, 38, Brainerd, was sentenced for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, offering a forged check and fourth-degree sale of a controlled substance to 34 months prison and fined $200.

Rick Roland Austin, 45, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Eric Eugene Halgrimson, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor offering a forged check to 60 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Nathan Jerome Volkmuth, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced for theft of a motor vehicle to 60 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Tammy Leigh Wagner, 35, Brainerd, was sentenced for fourth-degree sale of a controlled substance. She was placed on 15 years supervised probation.

Andrew Lee Weiland, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for third-degree controlled substance crime to six months jai, placed on 20 years supervised probation and fined $50.

Kevin Wynn Warne, 41, Nisswa, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI, driving after license cancellation, obstructing an arrest and open bottle to one year jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $1,050.
