CROSSLAKE -- Albert "Buzz" J. Pull, 79, Crosslake, died Friday, May 26, 2000, at St. Joseph's Medical Center.
He was born July 19, 1920, in Fargo, N.D., to Albert N. and Beatrice (Gronningen) Pull. He attended school in Fargo and graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in English. He then moved to California where he met and married his first wife. He enlisted and served in the Army during World War II. After his discharge, he lived and worked in several Midwestern states, eventually settling in Minneapolis. He worked as a retail accountant and a sales supervisor for Midland Cooperative (Land O' Lakes). He moved to Crosslake in 1978 following his retirement. He married Pauline Radosevich of Crosslake on Aug. 2, 1996. He was a member of the Crosslake Lutheran Church and a lifetime member of the Crosslake-Fifty Lakes American Legion Post 500.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Nicholas Pull, Bloomington, Ill.; his mother, Beatrice Pull, Brainerd; a granddaughter; a great-granddaughter; and a sister, Sybil Vowles, Maple Valley, Wash.
His father died earlier.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Crosslake Lutheran Church with Pastor Mark Anderson officiating.
Military honors will be provided by the Crosslake-Fifty Lakes American Legion Post 500.
