McGREGOR -- William "Bill" Hagen, 65, McGregor, died Saturday, May 27, 2000, at Miller Dawn Hospital in Duluth.
He was born Dec. 21, 1934, in Marcell. He moved as a young boy with his family to McGregor. He attended Bell Horn Bay School and graduated from McGregor High School in 1954. After graduation, he moved to Winsted. He worked for K-Way Express as a truck driver and managed the Winsted Airport for nearly 20 years. He also worked as a projectionist for the theaters in Tamarack, McGregor and Aitkin. After his retirement, he lived in Shamrock Township and was a grader operator for Turner Township.
Survivors include a son, Roy Hagen, Winsted; three grandchildren; and a great granddaughter.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Big Sandy Lake Alliance Church with the Rev. Steve DeMars officiating.
Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. today at the McGregor Funeral Home and one hour before the services Wednesday at the church.
