LF falls out of playoffs

ST. CLOUD - Curt Schlangen of the No. 3 seeded Albany Huskies one-hit the second-seeded Little Falls Flyers to propel them to a 3-0 victory in the East Subsection, Section 6-2A semifinals Wednesday.
Schlangen has allowed only one run in the seven games he's pitched this year.
Andrew Lange recorded the only Little Falls hit.
Lange took the loss on the mound as he threw three innings and gave up three earned runs and six hits. He walked three and struck out one for the Flyers.

Cloquet 4, Aitkin 0
CLOQUET - Kyle Hoffman, Jase Hegman and Billy Cluff each collected a hit for the eighth-seeded Aitkin Gobblers as they were eliminated from the Subsection 1, Section 7-2A playoffs 4-0 by top-seeded Cloquet Wednesday.
Matt Christensen was tagged with the loss as he gave up four runs and five hits with two walks and four strikeouts in six innings of work. Of the four runs, only one was earned as the Gobblers made three errors in the field.
