THEFT - A gas drive-off of $23.21 was reported Monday at the Holiday Station Store, 7472 Excelsior Road.

ARREST - Arrested a 32-year-old man at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of South Sixth Street for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after receiving reports of a man yelling, screaming and hitting road signs. Police had contact with the man earlier, at 10:46 p.m. Tuesday, after receiving a report of a disturbance at the Downtown Motel on South Sixth Street.
THEFT - Stephanie Pflepsen, 800 block of 11th Avenue Northeast, Tuesday reported a theft.
INVESTIGATION - Received a report at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday of a man sleeping outside the doors of the Iron Rail Saloon, 707 Laurel St. Officers took the man to detox.
Received a call at 7:22 p.m. Tuesday of a man living in a tent behind a rental property on the 300 block of Southwest Fourth Street. An officer made contact with the man and advised him he could not live in that location or in an adjacent vacant lot. The man said he would be gone by Wednesday.

ASSAULT - A Crow Wing County Jail nurse at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday reported being assaulted by a jail inmate. A report was sent to the Crow Wing County attorney's office.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT - Kris Bryant, 28000 block of Sunset Valley Road, at 1:07 a.m. Tuesday reported a bear was charging her through her windows. Deputies arrived and were unable to locate the bear but did find where the bear and her cubs had been.
Harlan Ebert, 7300 block of Crow Wing County Road 127, Tuesday reported the neighbor's dog got into his chicken pen and killed all the chickens.
