CROSBY - Alvina Rose Tollas, age 66, of Crosby, died May 26, 2009, at her home. She was born on Jan. 25, 1943, in Elgin, N.D., to Ralph and Katherine (Kuntz) Heinert.
Alvina is survived by her husband, Gary; one son, Lance (Brenda) Tollas, of Maple Grove; one daughter, Denise (Dan) Bushard, of Maplewood; five grandchildren, Abigail, Ava and A.J. Tollas, Tyler and Alyssa Bushard; her mother, Katherine Heinert, of Bismarck, N.D.; five brothers, John Heinert, of Bismarck, N.D., Ken (Sharon) Heinert, of Mandan, N.D., Ted (Nanette) Heinert, of Bismarck, N.D., David (Delila) Heinert, of Dickinson, N.D., Marvin (Dolly) Heinert, of Mandan, N.D.; two sisters, Loretta (Jim) Weber, of Bismarck, N.D., Marlyn (Jeff) Johnson, of Rapid City, S.D.
She is preceded in death by her father and one brother, Richard Heinert.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Salem Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery in Stillwater. Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the church on Friday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
