CROSBY - In the Crosby Memorial Park the summer will kick off with Music in the Park from 6:30-9 p.m. Thursday with musician John Pribyl and band Halverson McNab.

The Cuyuna Range Chamber of Commerce announced the second annual Music in the Park Concert Series. Two performers will take the stage on the band shell the second and fourth Thursday of June, July and August. Participants may bring lawn chairs and blankets, new vendors and acts are being added to the line-up that will complement those returning from last year. Concessions to benefit local fundraising groups will be available.

The Music the Park is sponsored by Cuyuna Range businesses like Gift Galore, Crow Wing Power, Crosby Eye Clinic and Noble's Place.

Breakfast planned at Masonic Lodge in Crosby

CROSBY - The Cuyuna Range Masonic Lodge is hosting a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 1 at 220 First St. N.W. in Crosby, one block east of the Holiday station store. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 6 to 12, and children younger than 5 eat free. Everyone is welcome.
