VERNDALE - Jay Runyan went 2-for-2 and scored twice for the Verndale Pirates in a 14-2 defeat administered by the Sebeka Trojans in a Park Region Conference matchup Wednesday.
Cody Yungbauer collected a double and the Pirates' only RBI.
