Quast, Duhn lead S-M to third place

WADENA - Brad Quast and Ben Duhn carded a pair of 82s as the Staples-Motley boys' golf team finished third overall at the Wadena-Deer Creek co-ed Invitational with a team score of 334 Saturday.

Nick Forsberg shot an 83 and Zach Israelson finished with an 87 for the Cardinals.

An 81 from Drake Beyer, an 84 from Tucker Sheley and an 86 by Mike Eck led the Pequot Lakes Patriots to a fourth place finish.
