INVESTIGATIONS - Received a report at 11:49 p.m. Sunday of three women spray painting an Oxtrot ox on Washington Street. The women told the officer they were only having their picture taken in front of the ox.
Received a report at 1:02 a.m. on Sunday of kids playing loud music in a garage on the 10000 block of Wonderland Park Road. An officer spoke with the garage band and they agreed to end their concert.
Were called several times between 2:15-3:15 a.m. Sunday to the Red Roof Inn, 2115 S. Sixth St., for reports of fighting between guests of a wedding party. Officers, while not witnessing fighting, several times sent guests back to their rooms. People staying in one room were evicted by hotel management.
Arrested a 24-year-old man for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, furnishing alcohol to minors and on a felony burglary warrant from Ramsey County about midnight Friday during a party at a residence on the 2000 block of Kermit Lane. Several juveniles also were cited for underage consumption of alcohol.
BURGLARY - Katelyn Zelinske, 500 block of Quince Street, Saturday reported her residence broken into and $50 stolen.
VANDALISM - Jody Flynn, 500 block of West College Drive, Saturday reported her vehicle's rear window smashed out.
THEFT - Arrested three men, ages 26, 29 and 49, about 8:55 a.m. Saturday at Crow Wing Recycling in regard to items stolen earlier in Nisswa. All three men are being held in the Crow Wing County jail pending formal charges.
CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:06 p.m. Friday at Washington Street and Fifth Avenue Northeast.

BURGLARY - Donna Burggraff, 10000 block of Highway 371, Sunday reported her residence broken into.
THEFT - Larry Hovgaard, Garrison, Sunday reported the theft of his potted flowers, valued at $100.
David Virnig reported Friday his catalytic converter was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at the Upper South Long Lake public access.
