PIERZ -- Craig Luberts lead the Pierz Pioneers to a 5-2 Central Minnesota Conference baseball victory over the Holdingford Huskers as he went 2-for-3 with a run scored and two RBI.

Joe Kahl stuck out 10 in his complete-game win. Eric Boser finished 1-3 with a RBI and run scored.
