Troy Eugene Brown, 34, East Gull Lake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Patrick Martin Daly, 40, Merrifield, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Ray Shawn Jones, 30, St. Cloud, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI and two counts of third-degree controlled substance crime to 86 months prison, placed on 15 years supervised probation and fined $950.

Jack Michael Lodermeier, 44, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 60 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Brian Samuel Olson, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Deanna Lynn Witter, 43, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Bryan Earl Richert, 39, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Harold Leroy White, 50, Garrison, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation. He was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $500.

Dustin Joseph Brown, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Timothy Raymond Brown, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Matthew Thomas Fried, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

William Leroy Britton, 32, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Guy Richard Bryant, 38, Boyceville, Wis., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Martin Lee Borders, 38, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI and gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $950.

Barbara Sue Smith, 37, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI. She was placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Leigh Anthony Frink, 20, Crosby, was sentenced for fleeing a peace officer to 90 days jail, placed on three years and one day supervised probation and fined $50.

Tony Michael Larson, 42, Crosslake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Patrick Michael Tulenchik, 28, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Maynard Allen Hendrickson, 52, Aitkin, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 45 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Scott Michael Anderson, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $895.

Robert John Johnson, 28, Ramsey, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $895.

Bradley Walter Malloy, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation. He was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $460.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage consumption.

Justin Delano Cowles, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced to two days jail and fined $100.

Jeffrey Donald Nelson, 19, Deerwood, was sentenced to two days jail and fined $300.

Shoplifting

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting:

Leroy Edward Kilanowski, 57, Brainerd, was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $300.

Michael Shawn Rushmeyer, 18, Brainerd, was fined $300.

Cass court appearances

WALKER -- The following recently appeared in Cass County District Court:

Lloyd Leslie Farr, 38, Laporte, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 45 days work release and 45 days on electronic home monitoring, fined $1,000 and placed on four years supervised probation. Restitution will be set later.

Michael Ray Rowell, 20, Pine River, was sentenced for a lesser-included gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail, fined $1,000, ordered to pay $360 probation fee and placed on three years supervised probation. He will serve 30 days jail concurrently for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process or arrest with force or violence and was fined $500. These sentences are consecutive to any other from another county.

John Alan Austad, 32, Buffalo, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, consecutive to a Wright County sentence, fined $3,000 and placed on four years supervised probation.

Nicholas Paul Thiede, 20, Motley, was ordered to serve an additional three days jail for violating probation he is serving for a lesser-included gross misdemeanor fourth-degree burglary.

Michael John White, 18, Longville, was sentenced for a lesser-included felony second-degree burglary to 45 days work release, fined $500 and placed on 10 years supervised probation.
