The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Timothy James Richardson, 22, St. Cloud, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor escape from custody and ordered to pay $160 in fines and fees.

Darla Tove Keith, 44, Aitkin, was sentenced for felony theft to 30 days jail, placed on 10 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $16,907 in fines and fees.

Michael Jay Briese, 47, St. Michael, was sentenced for felony issuance of dishonored checks and ordered to pay $899 in fines and fees.

Michael Joseph Thompson, 58, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Jason James Borth, 30, Little Falls, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft and ordered to pay $922 in fines and fees.

Shawn Christopher Dotseth, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony theft by swindle to 90 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $993 in fines and fees.

Jeffrey Alan Zaitz, 23, Appleton, was sentenced for felony theft to 19 months prison and ordered to pay $4,729 in fines and fees.

Robert Patrick McGuire, 28, Anoka, was sentenced for felony second-degree controlled substance crime to 365 days jail, placed on 25 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $160 in fines and fees.

Eric Allen Rasinski, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor damage to property to 20 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $900 in fines and fees.

Bradley Earl Borders, 52, Brainerd, was sentenced for two counts of gross misdemeanor DWI to 180 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $754 in fines and fees.

Barry Arvin Birkholz, 45, Emily, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation and ordered to pay $582 in fines and fees.

Brian Lester Rickard, 30, Breezy Point, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Wayne Jackson Berry Jr., 39, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 32 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $160 in fines and fees.

Russell Joseph Chamberlain, 19, Crosby, was sentenced for felony receiving stolen property and felony theft of mail to 85 days jail, placed on seven years supervised probation and ordered to pay $320 in fines and fees.

Robert John Endres, 47, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony DWI to 180 days jail, placed on seven years supervised probation and ordered to pay $132 in fines and fees.

Paul Richard Hagen, 41, St. Cloud, was sentenced for felony domestic abuse to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $582 in fines and fees.

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Cody Robert Swenson, 18, Pequot Lakes, was ordered to pay $277 in fines and fees.

Russell Joseph Chamberlain, 19, Crosby, was ordered to pay $205 in fines and fees.
