WALKER - The following appeared recently in Cass County District Court:
Mark Alan Huizenga, 40, of Outing area, was ordered to serve 10 days for violating probation he is serving for felony conspiracy to commit first-degree arson. He will be allowed to work on sentence to serve in lieu of paying fines.
David James Whitebird, 22, Walker, was ordered to serve 45 days work release for violating probation he is serving for felony failure to appear in court and felony second-degree assault. He will be allowed to work on sentence to serve in lieu of paying fines.
