Lions Club grabbed a decisive three-point lead over second-place Reichert Bus in the third week of the men's Twilight Golf League at Pine Meadows May 10.

The Lions moved ahead with an 8-4 win over the Last Turn Saloon.

Women's league

A scramble was the game at the kickoff of the women's league at Pine Meadows. The team of Sandy O'Day, Ellie Aarrestad, Bonnie Anderson and Pat Froemming won with a score of 36.

Coming in second were Bonnie Franke, Alice Benson, Kris Winkelman and Bonnie Balzer with a 38.

Third place went to Ruth Tiedeman, Chris Bjornson, Bonnie Person, Nadine Fraki as well as the team of Ardell Cook, Nancy Morey, Bugs Schmidt and Karolyn Gordon.

Couples night

The team of Edie Ramp, Joyce Turcotte, Bob Turcotte and Chet Snyder shot a net 10 to tie for first in the first couples night scramble at Pine Meadows May 11.

Ruth Tiedeman, Sharon Isebrand, Bud Willis and Ron Oseland also shot a net 10.

Second place went to Bettie Snyder, Marion Willis, Dale Tiedeman and Dusty Ramp.
