Joshua Randall Schmidtke, 22, Walker, received execution of the balance of one year jail for violating probation he was serving for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Robert Mark Adams, 51, Walker, received a stay of adjudication of sentence for felony wrongfully obtaining assistance (theft) and was placed on five years supervised probation.

Robert Louis Kingbird, 60, Ponemah, was sentenced for felony DWI to the balance of 180 days on electronic home monitoring, fined $500 or equivalent community service work and placed on seven years supervised probation.

Robert Lawrence Holmberg, 43, Minneapolis, received a stay of adjudication of sentence for a lesser-included felony conspiracy to commit controlled substance crime (sale). He was fined $750 and placed on 20 years supervised probation.

Preston John Dick, 22, Walker, was ordered to serve an additional 60 days jail for violating probation he is serving for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process or arrest with force and/or violence.

Charles Victor Lausche, 57, Brainerd, was found in violation of probation he was serving for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct and received execution of the balance of 72 months prison, to be served concurrently with a Crow Wing County sentence.

Jeremiah Jerome Johnson, 19, Longville, was found in violation of probation he was serving for felony false imprisonment and felony second-degree burglary and received execution of a year and a day prison and 15 months prison, to be served concurrently.

Oscar Leon Rono, 44, Backus, was sentenced for felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct to 84 months prison.

Kimberly Joan Baker, 20, Andover, formerly of Backus, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud to four days jail served, fined $500 and placed on two years supervised probation.
