Duluth aquarium under new management

DULUTH (AP) -- Believe it or not, the struggling Great Lakes Aquarium will fully reopen Memorial Day weekend under new management.
Ripley Entertainment Inc. will bring in a full-time manager to oversee the freshwater aquarium and see if a long-term management agreement could work.
