Cardinals share Mid-State title

DEERWOOD - Nick Forsberg carded a 79 and Travis Myers 80 as the Staples-Motley Cardinals shot their way into a first-place tie and were co-champions with Detroit Lakes in the Mid-State Conference meet Tuesday at Ruttger's.

All-conference accolades went to Jonas Dale of Pequot Lakes, Forsberg and Myers, Tyler Snook and Ryan Donovan of Crosby-Ironton and Ben Langworthy and Tyler Lane of Detroit Lakes.
