LITTLE FALLS -- Rachel M. Lammer, 78, Little Falls, died Friday, May 9, 2003, at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Falls.
She was born May 30, 1924, in Little Falls, to Peter and Hannah (Supan) Lodermeier. She attended country school. She married Leo Lammer on June 6, 1942, in Fort Ripley. They farmed near Fort Ripley until 1961, when they moved to Little Falls. She worked at Lincoln School. She was a homemaker and did babysitting. After her husband's death she moved to Elder Heights. She had been a resident of St. Otto's Care Center since December of 2002. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and Christian Mothers.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Lammer, St. Cloud, and Fred Lammer, Nome, Alaska; two daughters, Marge Kuether, Faribault, and Judy Fisher, Little Falls; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Her husband; a son, Robert Lammer; and a grandchild, died earlier.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Little Falls. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Little Falls.
Friends may from 4-8 p.m. today at Brenny Funeral Home, West Chapel, in Little Falls. Christian Mothers will pray at 4:30 p.m. and parish prayers will be at 6 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until services Tuesday at the church.
