Pedestrian hit by vehicle

Brainerd police responded Tuesday to an accident involving a pedestrian and a vehicle at Southeast 13th Street and Washington Street.
The pedestrian, Megan Smith, 12, 1000 block of Fifth Avenue in Brainerd, was treated at St. Joseph's Medical Center. The driver of the vehicle, Kurt Fagerberg, 40, Baxter, was uninjured.
