Crime Free Multi-Housing meeting set

The next Crime Free Multi-Housing meeting will be 7 p.m. Monday at the Brainerd Police Department. This month's meeting offers information on rental property owners working with social agencies to fill vacancies.

Kathy Sauve, youth services program manager, and Shannon Fortune, Hope Housing manager, from Lutheran Social Service, will explain LSS programs and how they work with local rental property owners and managers to identify available rentals, negotiate client placement, arrange for payment of rent or deposits and follow up to ensure stability of households.
