ST. CLOUD - Nikki Anderson allowed three hits and two walks, while striking out seven in a 4-0 shutout victory over St. Cloud Apollo Thursday in Central Lakes Conference action.

The victory snaps a three-game losing streak by the Warriors, who saw Anna Tadych go 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs.

Steph Lambrecht was 2-4 with two doubles and Dani Thiesse was 1-2 with a double.

"We had good energy from all the players," said assistant coach Dan Bzdok. "We came ready to play and started the game off with a bang. We got a couple of line drive hits and that created momentum for us. We were focused and just played a complete game."
