National Nursing Home Week set

The Good Samaritan Society-Communities of Brainerd and Pine River will celebrate National Nursing Home Week May 10-17 with the theme "Nurturing a Love that Lasts."
The Good Samaritan Society-Communities of Brainerd and Pine River have plans for several events, including an ice cream social at Woodland and a Mother's Day open house at the Bethany campus, a baby photo contest and Mayor James Wallin will be at Bethany at 2 p.m. Tuesday and will present Brainerd Now and Then. Other events include a father and son gathering and special music by the Backwood Boys.
