I called Forestview to see if a group could view the planetarium. She said it's been completely closed due to budget cuts and was open this week only for the third-graders' field trips. She told me to call Community Education and she, too, said, "No, it's closed. No one is allowed to see it." They may have a class in the fall. Why can't the school open it up a few days a week (Thursday-Saturday) and charge an admission fee? I want to see the planetarium. I don't care if I have to pay to see it.
