FERGUS FALLS - The Brainerd Warriors shuffled their lineup and defeated the Fergus Falls Otters 6-1 in Central Lakes Conference action Tuesday for their 10th straight victory.
Brainerd (9-1 in conference, 10-1 overall) moved Corey Kuglin to No. 2 singles from No. 1 doubles, shifted Morgan Salo from No. 2 singles to No. 1 doubles, and moved Jordan Goos up to No. 3 singles from No. 4 and slid Cole Sundquist into the No. 4 singles slot.
Kuglin was defeated 6-3, 5-7, 6-2. Goos won 6-3, 6-2, and Sundquist won 6-2, 7-5. Goos improved to 14-0.
Salo and Nate Henningson teamed at No. 1 doubles for a 6-1, 6-2 victory.
Devin Larson won 6-4, 6-4 at No. 1 singles to raise his record to 11-3.
Michael Ruen-Jared Anderson won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 2 doubles. Garth Askegaard-Chris Rud won 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3. Anderson and Rud are 14-0, Askegaard 13-1 and Ruen 12-1.
