PIERZ - Herbert Nicholas Held, 72-year-old resident of Pierz, Minn., passed away Friday, May 2, at his residence.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Pierz, Minn., with Father Gerald Dalseth officiating. Burial will take place at St. Rita's Parish Cemetery in Hillman, Minn. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday at the St. Joseph's Church in Pierz, Minn.

Funeral arrangements are with the Shelley-Virnig Funeral Chapel in Pierz, Minn.
