NISSWA -- The Nisswa Farmers' Market will kick off its second season 9 a.m. May 12.
The weekly farmers' market is in the parking lot of the Nisswa American Legion, north Main Street, and will run 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. every Thursday through Sept. 29.
The Nisswa Chamber of Commerce partnered with the Central Minnesota Farmers' Markets to establish a farmers' market in Nisswa that offers only locally-grown or locally-made products.
Products will include vegetables, fruits, berries, organic items, honey, syrups, jams, jellies, herbs, bedding plants, perennial plants, fresh cut flowers, wild rice and fresh pork, beef, chicken and buffalo meat.
The Nisswa Farmers' Market is sponsored in part by the University of Minnesota Central Region Partnership.
